Our office at Raynesway, Derby will close for business on Thursday 12 February 2026. From Monday 16 February 2026, we will operate from temporary cabins at our new site while construction of our new facility is completed. The new facility is scheduled to be fully operational from Monday 27 April 2026.

Our company and VAT numbers, telephone number, email addresses, bank account details, and customer support and accounts contact information will all remain unchanged.

Please note, while we will endeavour to minimise disruption, our spare parts department, including inventory storage systems, will be dismantled, relocated, and reassembled between Monday 9 February and Friday 27 February 2026. During this period, the dispatch of spare parts and consumables may be subject to delay. Where possible, we kindly ask that orders are placed in advance.
