The LUBRISPIN EC500 is constructed for long lasting continuous operating. The machine housing is
of a robust design with quality steel. The Centrifuge is powered directly by a central positioned heavyduty motor. The unit has an interlocked cover to to prevent opening the lid during processing, timer for adjusting the cycles, emergency stop switch, signal lamp lights, and removable 3mm perforated

LUBRISERV TECNOIL 150 MP
STANDARD FEATURES
Mobile, compact and powerful, the vacuum cleaner TECNOIL MP150 is the ideal machine to suck up liquid (oil or coolant) mixed with metal chips, separate the oil from the chips and recover the oil thanks to a powerful electric pump.
The suction is provided by three by-pass 2 stage motors, placed inside a sturdy steel casing and providing high depression (max 280 mbar) and operated by independent switches. A vacuum indicator is installed in order to detect possible clogging or anomalies in the suction; the motor head is protected from liquid and solid material through a nylon filter and a floating device, automatically stopping the suction when the liquid fills up the container.
A metal sieve grid (40 litres capacity) withholds the solid material (chips and metal parts), while the clean fluid goes into the lower container (capacity 250 litres). An optional polypropylene filter (efficiency 300 or 100 micron) enables a further and finer filtration of the liquid.
It is then possible to simultaneously pump it out rapidly, through a powerful electric pump (300 litres per minute), fitted with a 2 metre discharge oil proof hose fitted with a gun and valve.
The collection tank is made of polyester coated steel, and has a slanted shape in order to secure complete disposal of the liquid inside; a basket provides support for tools and hoses when not used.
The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a solid steel trolley, equipped with braking and turning wheels.

LUBRISERV DM40 OIL
STANDARD FEATURESMobile, compact and powerful, the DM OIL vacuum is the ideal machine to suck up liquid (oil or coolant) mixed with metal chips, separate the oil from the chips and recover or dispose of the liquid.
The suction is provided by three by-pass stage motors, placed inside a sturdy steel casing, and operated by independent switches. A vacuum indicator is installed in order to detect possible clogging or anomalies in the suction; the motor head is protected from liquid and solid material through a nylon filter. The suction unit is protected by a steel cyclone and by polyester filter and a floating device, automatically stopping the suction when the liquid fills up the container.
A metal sieve grid (40 litres capacity) withholds the solid material (chips and metal parts), while the clean oil goes into the lower container (capacity 100 litres). It is then possible to discharge it, by means of a manual discharge valve. A level indicator enables the operator to constantly check the level of the liquid in the container.
The steel container is detachable (by means of a lever place at the back of the unit) thus making disposal operations of the solid parts (chips and shavings) quick and easy.
The suction inlet (Ø 80 mm.) is tangential, thus providing a cyclone effect reducing the abrasive and clogging effect of the ingoing vacuumed material; a polyester filter enables the machine to be used effectively also for the suction of dry dust.
