Our office at Raynesway, Derby will close for business on Friday 13 March 2026. From Monday 16 March 2026, we will temporarily operate from cabins adjacent to our new facility until construction is complete.

This relocation represents a long-term investment by Star Micronics Co., Ltd. in the UK and Ireland market and reflects our commitment to providing the highest level of customer support. The new facility is approximately 20% larger, featuring an expanded workshop to support PDI and turnkey projects alongside greater capacity for spare parts and consumables stockholding.

The facility includes enhanced customer training facilities, a spacious showroom, a dedicated corporate hospitality area, modern offices with well-equipped meeting spaces and increased on-site parking. In addition, it offers various environmental benefits including solar panels, air source heat pumps and additional EV charging stations.

Our company number, VAT number, telephone number, email addresses, bank account details, and customer support and accounts contact information will all remain unchanged.

Please note, while we will endeavour to minimise disruption, our spare parts department, including inventory storage systems, will be dismantled, relocated, and reassembled between Monday 9 February and Friday 27 February 2026. During this period, the dispatch of spare parts and consumables may be subject to delay. Where possible, we kindly ask that orders are placed in advance.
