HIGH PRESSURE COOLANT SYSTEMS
HYDRAJET UB20-2000
The HYDRAJET UB20‐2000 unit supports up to 12 outlets. The unit can be offered with single or twin filters, and fixed or variable speed pumps. In addition a sub-spindle flush pump can also be accommodated.
The unit is simple to maintain as the pump, valve-gear and filters are easily accessible on top of the coolant tank.
The compact unit includes an integral tank and lift pump, this ensures the standard coolant flow /delivery is not disrupted during high pressure coolant operations. There is a LCD display that shows the current running status, also included are separate gauges that display the system and filter pressures.
The unit is mounted on castors for convenient positioning under the bar feed.
The HYDRAJET UB20-2000 is supplied with a filter bag installed and a spare. The duration between filter bag exchanges depends on the application / material being machined. The bags are consumable items, they cannot be cleaned or re-used. Spare filter bags are available from our spares department, contact: spares@stargb.com
HYDRAJET TS20-2000
The HYDRAJET TS20‐2000 unit provides the maximum flexibility for high pressure coolant delivery. The TS20 unit supports up to 10 outlets and can be specified with single, twin or auto switching filters. “High” and “low” pressure functionality and sub-spindle flush options can be offered. The unit includes an integral 600 litre tank and lift pump, this ensures the standard coolant flow / delivery is not disrupted during high pressure coolant operations.
There is a LCD display that shows the current running status, also included are separate gauges that display the system and filter pressures. Units fitted with the dual filter system allow the 10μm filter bag to be exchanged whilst running. The unit is mounted on castors for convenient positioning near the machine.
