Traditional guide bushes often struggle with material that varies in diameter, leading to seizing or poor performance. The JBS system overcomes this with automatic adjustment, allowing material with slight inconsistencies to pass through smoothly and reliably.

Clamping is controlled directly via M-codes from the CNC program, enabling seamless integration with your machining process. The clamping force can be easily fine-tuned using pneumatic valves, offering precise control over performance. Compatible with a wide range of materials, the JBS guide bush delivers exceptional stability during both turning and milling operations, ensuring optimal productivity and precision.

JBS collets are manufactured from AMPCO, a high-performance brass/bronze alloy known for its durability and excellent wear characteristics. Collets can be supplied to suit round, square, hexagonal, or custom-profiled material, offering flexibility across a wide range of applications. For operations involving abrasive materials, collets can be nitrided to provide enhanced wear resistance and extended service life.
